**MLA100 MXM** is an embedded AI module powered by Mobilint’s ARIES NPU. It delivers up to **80 TOPS of AI inference performance** at just **25W**, making it ideal for real-time, low-latency AI workloads on edge AI PCs and embedded systems.

MLA100 MXM uses the **MXM 3.1 Type A** form factor and is designed to integrate into AI edge systems that require compact size, low power draw, and fully on-premise AI acceleration.

## Hardware (Host System) Prerequisites

MLA100 MXM is a **host-dependent module**. You’ll need a compatible carrier board or host system to interact with the module and power the module.

- MXM 3.1 Type A slot with full PCIe connectivity
- Board/chassis OS support for driver deployment


## Software Prerequisites

**Operating System**

- x86-64 and aarch64 architectures
- Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS (official reference environment)
- Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
- Windows 10 / 11 (Build 19041 or later)
- Other Linux distributions based on x86-64 or aarch64 architectures may also be supported.

To use the Python interface, Python must be installed in the system.
